Abstract

This article provides a scientific analysis of modern mechanisms for improving labor productivity within the corporate governance system. The study examines the effective utilization of human capital based on corporate governance principles, modern methods of employee performance evaluation, digital management technologies, and the impact of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), HR Analytics, and motivation systems on labor productivity. Furthermore, the research substantiates the opportunities for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises through the implementation of strategic planning, innovative management approaches, and performance-based incentive mechanisms within corporate governance. The findings of the study serve as a scientific and practical basis for developing recommendations aimed at improving the corporate governance system, increasing labor productivity, and enhancing the efficiency of human capital utilization
