Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), particularly in environments marked by economic volatility and technological disruption. This study examines the relationship between digital adoption and entrepreneurial resilience, focusing on operational continuity, adaptability, and revenue stability. Using survey data from SMEs across multiple sectors, the findings indicate that higher levels of digital integration significantly enhance organizational resilience and long-term sustainability. The study contributes empirical evidence to the growing discourse on digital entrepreneurship and SME competitiveness
