Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving labor productivity through effective human capital management in nongovernmental non-profit organizations. It analyzes the impact of human capital development, enhancement of employees' professional capabilities, the implementation of modern motivation and incentive mechanisms, effective organization of work processes, and the use of digital management tools on labor productivity. Furthermore, the study proposes scientifically grounded recommendations aimed at improving human resource management practices, developing employees' professional competencies, and enhancing the overall organizational performance of non-governmental non-profit organizations.
